Is there free parking at FlyO’Land Kids Play Center?

Yes! We are located inside Tsawwassen Mills Mall by Entry 3. The mall offers approximately 6,000 parking spaces, including designated spots for handicap access, electric vehicles, and car-share services.

Is the Playground and Jump&Climb ticketed separately?

Yes, separate tickets are required for each section.

What is the age range for FlyO’Land Kids Play Center?

  • Indoor Playground: Suitable for children under 12 years old.
  • Jump&Climb: Suitable for children aged 5 and above.
  • We offer designated areas and activities tailored to various age groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Can I drop off my children at the Indoor Playground or Jump&Climb while I go shopping?

  • No, we DO NOT allow drop-offs. Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian for safety. A parent or guardian must be present onsite at all times.

Can I reserve a spot in advance for the Indoor Playground or Jump&Climb?

  • No reservations are required. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, and wait times may vary.
  • If the Indoor Playground or Jump&Climb reaches maximum capacity, wait times may be extended.
  • Jump&Climb sessions start every 20 or 30 minutes. You can purchase tickets at the front desk.
  • If reservations reach maximum capacity, walk-in guests may need to wait for the next available session.

Can I bring food or drinks inside the Play Center?

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed. We have snacks and beverages available for purchase, which can be consumed in the seating area. However, eating and drinking inside the playground or while climbing is strictly prohibited.

Are socks required for the Indoor Playground? Are climbing shoes required for the Jump&Climb?

  • Indoor Playground: Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene and cleanliness. No outside shoes are allowed. Socks are available for purchase if needed.
  • Jumpp&Climb: Climbing shoes are not required, but clean indoor gym shoes are mandatory for safety. Grip socks are required to enter onto Trampoline. Climbing shoes and grip socks are available for purchase if needed in stores.

Are there age, height, or weight restrictions for the Indoor Playground or Jump&Climb?

  • Yes, some play equipment has age, height, and weight restrictions for safety. Signs and guidelines are displayed onsite, and our staff is available to assist with any questions.

Do I have to sign a waiver form every time?

  • Yes, a waiver form must be signed each time upon entry. One waiver form per family per visit is required.

Do you offer any discounts or membership plans?

For frequent visitors, we offer the following membership passes, which provide more savings compared to single-entry tickets:

  • 12-Admission Pass
  • Monthly Pass
  • Annual Pass
  • Family Annual Pass (available for one or multiple children)

Can Monthly, Annual, or Family Annual Passes be shared by multiple people?

  • No, Monthly, Annual, and Family Annual Passes are only valid for the registered cardholder and are non-transferable. Once purchased, they are non-refundable and non-prorated.
  • However, the 12-Admission Pass does not have any restrictions on who can use it.

Is there an entry fee for adults?

  • Each admission ticket ($29.99) includes free entry for one accompanying adult.
  • Additional adults will be charged $10 per person.
  • No advance booking is required for general admission—except for parties.
  • Please note: If the facility reaches maximum capacity, a waiting period may apply.

Do You Offer Birthday or Special Event Packages?

Yes, we do!
Our party packages include:

Can I bring my own cake to the party?

  • Yes, you may bring your own cake if you have booked a party with us. However, outside food and drinks are not allowed.

What if I have more or fewer than 8 kids and 8 adults?

  • Each party package includes 8 kids (under 18 years old) and 8 adults (18+ years old).
  • Additional children can be added at a cost, depending on the selected party package. Each additional child includes one adult (1:1 ratio).
  • Extra adults (beyond the 1:1 ratio) will be charged $10 per person.
  • If you have fewer than 8 adults but more children, the base package of 8 kids and 8 adults cannot be altered.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, or decorations?

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for birthday cakes and cupcakes.
  • No sparkler candles or helium balloons due to fire hazards.

Does the party package include both the Indoor Playground and Climbing Park?

  • The party package grants access to either the Indoor Playground or the Climbing Park, depending on the party type booked.
  • Only the Supreme Package allows entry into both venues.
  • We offer a specific Climbing Park party package.

What is your party cancellation policy?

  • Less than 72 hours before the party → Deposit is fully forfeited (non-refundable).
  • Between 72 hours – 2 Weeks before the party → You may reschedule (subject to availability) or receive store credit for regular play admissions.
